ABOUT JIM

Jim Aguilar, is the President and Founder of the Aguilar Group. He began his career in the recruiting industry in 2006, and had the opportunity to work under one of the most successful executive recruiters in the industry. Through this relationship, Jim learned the value of delivering only the best results to his clients. Jim holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Wake Forest University, NC and a Bachelors of Science Degree from High Point University (NC).
